Hostgator is U.S hosting company founded in 2002. The CEO and president of Host Gator is Brent Oxley. The company has purchased certified Renewable Energy Credits representing 130% of the electricity used to both power and cool every shared and reseller servers.

Their serves are located in Texas, Dallas (The Planet), a large facility featuring state-of-the-art security, safety and cooling systems. The servers are constantly monitored by both The Planet and Hostgator Staff ensuring they are up and working all the time.
