• We need to be provided with a telephone number so we can contact you should we have questions about your mediation request.

• Clearly identify the web hosting company the mediation request relates to.
• Provide appropriate account details to us so we can clearly identify you and your issues to the web hosting company when we contact them.
• Clearly identify the problems you are experiencing with the web hosting company.
• Briefly explain what has been done to date on your part to get the issue resolved.
• Be ready to provide us with copies of correspondence should it become necessary.
